It is with great pleasure that we can announce that as of 1.6.2018, Anders Nielsen & Co A/S/ Ancotrans and ERA Transport A/S will merge our container trucking activities with Ancotrans as the continuing company.

It is the aim of the merger to ensure more capacity and flexibility in a market with bigger and bigger fluctuations and with three locations in Denmark (Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen) we will strive to become closer to our customers.

With our joint resources we will be able to service our customers even better and utilize the production synergies resulting from the merger. It is our hope that a larger volume and capacity will give us strengths to further develop our services, including more advanced IT solutions, a broader pallet of specialized container transport solutions and developing our employees and competencies. All actions that will enhance our characteristics as a reliable, flexible and not the least service-oriented container trucking company in the future.

Practically the actual operation of our common set-up as per. 1.6.2018 will take place from Ancotrans’ three Danish offices, now in Odense, Aarhus and Copenhagen, and we will do our utmost in the coming weeks to make sure that our customers feel as little as possible to the merger. More practical information will be sent as soon as possible.
