Our industry relies heavily on fossil fuels. However, technological advancements offer hope for significant reductions in the future. While we’re not yet able to fully transition to renewable, low-emission energy we are on our way with cost-effective and eco-friendly solutions.

Our goals
- Short term (0-3 years): Reduce the carbon footprint from our production with 5% by the end of 2026 both in scope 1 & 3 with 2023 as index (yearly targets: 2024 1% / 2025 2% / 2026 2%).
- Long term (2027-2050): Become 100% CO2e neutral.
The plan
- Use of renewable fuels (mainly HVO and BioLNG).
- Increase our fleet of electrical vehicles, sideloaders, and gensets.
- Accelerate the utilization of rail and intermodal solutions.
- Training in fuel saving driving behaviour and monitoring via Fleet-system.
- Optimize routing and loads dispatching e.g. increase number of reloads.
- Purchase sustainable and energy-saving equipment and material.
Social
Acknowledging our social responsibility

As members of both trade organizations and employer organizations, we uphold labour agreements on wages, working hours, and more in all the countries in which we are represented.
Our goals (2025 – 2030)
- Achieve top 10% eNPS in the industry.
- 10% female drivers by 2025.
- Provide health insurance for all employees.
- Ensure ongoing education and training for everyone.
- Foster open communication with monthly updates and regular 1-on-1s.
- Appoint green ambassadors in each country to lead social and wellbeing activities, at least three times a year.

- 35% of leadership roles held by women.
- 90% of strategic suppliers comply with our code of conduct.
- Increase due diligence on employee conditions in the value chain.
- Written agreements with 90% of suppliers (100% ideal but not feasible due to supplier dynamics).
- 100% of payments made on time as agreed.

and values during onboarding. - Annual Code of Conduct and values recap for all employees.
